Dog Adoption Application

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The Jersey Shore Animal Center adoption process may take several days. Applying for a pet DOES NOT GUARANTEE APPROVAL, adoption, or place hold on an animal. Decisions are made in the best interest of the animal and the people involved.

The Jersey Shore Animal Center reserves the right to decline any adoption application for any reason.

You must be 21 years or older to adopt.

Hours of Operation

Business Office:
10:00am – 4:00pm (Monday - Saturday)
Sunday 1 - 4 pm.

Note: Our shelter is open for tours Tuesday - Sunday from 1-4 pm. Meet and greets are conducted by appointment with approved applications.

Donations for the animals - Can be dropped off 7 days a week from 10-4. Please go to "shelter office" door. If the door is locked, please leave outside the door, our staff comes out often.

Spay/Neuter and Wellness Clinic: Currently NOT accepting appointments.

Thrift Shop:
Tuesday – Closed, open for Thrift Shop Donations only from 10am-3pm

Bow Wow Boutique Hours:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10am-4pm
