Luther is 6 years old chocolate lab mix that we pulled from an overcrowded shelter in TN through our shelter outreach program, however you would never think this handsome guy was 6 yrs old. He is in such great shape that you would think we was no older then 2 yrs old, so we are pretty sure he will have a very long healthy life.  Luther gets along well with other dogs and is a very sweet boy; his tail is always wagging like a typical lab. He was originally from the South where he was trained as a hunting dog; unfortunately, we do not believe he was trained to distinguish between a domestic friend vs. a prey animal, so a fenced in yard is a must for this boy. With his hunting background he needs a home with no cats or other small animals!  Luther is also very strong and will need a family that will be able to handle his strength.
